I founded the Law Office of Charles Cathey, PLLC to provide quality intellectual property services in an efficient and cost-effective manner. I provide intellectual property counseling and patent prosecution services to individual and corporate clients. 

I am committed to helping my clients accomplish their business objectives. Additionally, I work with each of my clients to select an optimal fee structure for my services. I offer both flat fee as well as hourly rates to choose from, unlike many law firms which bill solely using hourly rates. 

I am located in the Pacific Northwest, and service both local and national clients.
